Meticho O’Neal -BA, SHRM-CP,FSC
Meticho O'Neal has a passion for the difficult parents of the world. For the past 15 years, she has encountered parents who are disrespectful, unengaged and misunderstood. As a Family Service Coordinator she has seen it all and believes schools want to be an ally with all parents but need training and support on how to do it. Meticho has trained parents, teachers and administrators on the importance of becoming a family-friendly, student-focused school. RYB will help you become a game changer as you learn to develop a school /work culture that empowers an innovative team.
Amber Love- Ed.S, PSC, LPC, NCC, CPCS
Amber Love has a passion for helping others heal and deal with difficult circumstances. She has been a school and mental health counselor for over 8 years teaching adults, children, and adolescents how to cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and self-harm. Ms. Love believes surviving tough matters starts with an individual’s mindset, view of the world, and ability to deal with triggers. Learn how to retrain your brain to decrease barriers that interfere with positive student/ staff relationships and how to cope with stressful situations such as a large workload or students with behavior issues. Whether in a school building or a corporate high rise RYB will help you accomplish your goal of becoming a people first workplace.
Marsha O’Neal - BA, Secondary Ed Teacher, Reading Specialist
Marsha O’Neal is a dedicated reading intervention specialist with over 15 years of experience in secondary education. She has a passion for helping students who struggle with reading. Marsha excels at identifying and addressing reading difficulties, implementing effective strategies, and promoting literacy development. Her results-oriented approach is focused on helping all students reach their full potential.
Meticho, Marsha and Amber have provided a wide variety of seminars/workshops to schools, universities and corporate businesses. Their sessions include keynote, half day ,full day, hourly and 2 day sessions. They also offer follow up staff wellness and retention sessions for Upper Management and Administration. Group On-site Support is also available.
